The ACLU of Northern California is a non-profit public interest organization devoted to protecting civil rights and civil liberties. Our 50 staff members and numerous volunteers work in the fast-paced, friendly and professional San Francisco and San Jose offices.



Religion and Reproductive Freedom Outreach Coordinator
The American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California (ACLU-NC) seeks applicants for a temporary, part-time Religion and Reproductive Freedom Outreach Coordinator to work under the supervision of the Reproductive Rights Project. This is a contract position, classified as temporary: For one year.

Organizing Director
The Organizing Director works to inspire, mobilize, support and expand our existing network of members, volunteers and activists; build the capacity and effectiveness of our organizing and political strategies; and implement high-impact campaigns on a wide range of critical civil liberties issues.

Litigation Assistant
The Litigation Assistant will manage our intake system to respond to requests for legal assistance and civil liberties complaints from members of the public; provide support for individual attorneys in the legal department; maintain our legal docket; add content to our web page; and perform other administrative duties.
