We need your votes [note: registration required] to build a movement for privacy and civil liberties in the online world!
We work, play, learn, share, shop, and connect online – but the more we do online, the more personal information we leave behind. And outdated privacy laws don’t do enough to keep a snooping government (among others) from scooping up this information.
Help us spread the word about online privacy by voting for our panel proposals [note: registration required] for the South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive festival. SXSW would be a great place to grow our movement to protect privacy and civil liberties online – but 30% of panel selection is based on public voting, so to get there, we need your help!
Public voting ends this Friday, September 4! So please vote for our panel proposals (and those of other ACLU affiliates) and spread the word!
