 Requires a school district to establish and publicize an antidiscrimination and anti-harassment policy that prohibits discrimination and harassment based on specified characteristics, including, but not limited to, actual or perceived gender identity and sexual orientation. Requires a district to take specified actions to increase the awareness of, prevent, and ensure appropriate responses to incidents of discrimination and harassment based on those protected characteristics.
