CA SB 60: Vehicles: Driver's License

Requires the DMV to issue licenses and cards that are in compliance with specified requirements of the federal Real ID Act of 2005. Also permits the DMV issue licenses to undocumented persons. The ACLU opposes the Real ID portions of the bill.
