CA SB 850: Vital Statistics: Certificate of Still Birth

Authorizes the State Registrar of Vital Statistics to provide a “certificate of still birth” upon request in addition to the certificate of fetal death that is issued under current law. We are seeking amendments to ensure that legislation does not undermine a woman’s right to reproductive privacy.
