Federal Court Orders ICE to Remedy Inhumane Conditions at San Francisco Holding Facility

A federal district court ruled that ICE must improve detention conditions in the short-term holding cells at its San Francisco office. Among other basic necessities, ICE must supply mattresses and clean bedding, dim the lights overnight, and provide access to medical care and prescription medications.
