On Monday, the Senate is set to begin debating FISA legislation that will grant immunity to the phone companies for turning over millions of our private records to the National Security Agency.

If you care about privacy rights and holding corporations accountable for lawbreaking, call the California Senators and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on Monday morning.

Tell the Senators to use their leadership positions to make sure Congress stands up for the Constitution and the rule of law and listens to the American people (61% of Americans oppose warrantless wiretapping).

These Senators should be supporting the Senate Judiciary Bill as it was voted out of committee, without telecom immunity.

Senator Harry Reid: (202) 224-3542

Senator Dianne Feinstein: (202) 224-3841

Senator Barbara Boxer: (202) 224-3553
