Government Requests U.S. Supreme Court Stay in NTPSA v. Noem

The Trump administration asked the U. S. Supreme Court to stay a federal district court's order preserving Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for more than 350,000 Venezuelan immigrants. If SCOTUS grants a stay, Venezuelans who registered for TPS in 2023 would immediately face the prospect of deportation while the case proceeds.   Read More
