Adriana Herrera (she/her)
Adriana Herrera is a legal fellow at the ACLU of Northern California where she supports the department’s litigation, policy, and advocacy matters.
Prior to joining ACLU NorCal, Adriana interned with the Special Litigation Project at the Mobilization for Justice and with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
Adriana is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was a Public Interest Scholar. While in law school, she briefed and argued an immigration appeal at the Ninth Circuit as a member of Berkeley’s Ninth Circuit Practicum. She was also a tutor in the Legal Research and Writing program and led a pro bono service trip to Montana, where she supported the state’s first misdemeanor expungement clinic.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys discovering new music and spending time outdoors.
